Selected Works, 6 case studies
Real clients, real deliverables. For each one: what they were up against, what we did about it, and what they walked away with.
01Social media content · Food & beverageMarketing Cardamom · Made with Higgsfield + AIEvery flavour gets its own film
- Problem
- Chai Depot sells instant chai premixes (Masala, Cardamom and Karak) in kraft pouches. On a feed, one pouch looks much like the next, so the flavour inside has to be seen before anyone stops scrolling, and a styled studio shoot for every flavour is a big spend for a small brand.
- Action
- We made a short product film for each flavour with AI, animated in Higgsfield from the real pack artwork: the pouch on a warm kitchen counter, then its own ingredients (cardamom pods, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, tea) swirling around the pack or raining down onto the counter beside a cup. Each one runs five to ten seconds, cut for Reels, Stories and the feed.
- Result
- A social video set with one film per flavour, all in the same kitchen, ready to post. When the next flavour launches, it gets its film the same way, with no shoot day to book.

Digital systems that scale
- Problem
- Quantiva Consulting, a CPA-led accounting and tax firm, needed a site that explained bookkeeping, tax filing and advisory to business owners without reading like a tax form, and gave every visitor a clear next step.
- Action
- We designed and built quantivaconsulting.ca: one clear promise up top (“Clarity today. Value for life.”), service tracks for each kind of client starting with the growing entrepreneur, four promises up front, and a route to the partners on every screen.
- Result
- A live site the partners can send every lead to: services, who they are for, and how to get in touch, in one place and in the firm's own voice.
04Website & dispatch software · Local deliverySoftware
A courier that runs from one screen
- Problem
- Vitran delivers on demand across Prince Edward Island: takeout and coffee, prescriptions, groceries, gifts, pet food, documents and parcels, plus a Tuesday and Thursday run to Summerside. Requests arrive by phone, text and the web, and every one has to reach a driver, get picked up and be confirmed at the door.
- Action
- We designed and built vitranpei.com around the two things a customer wants to do (call now, or request a delivery), with the six services and a three-step how-it-works in plain words. Behind it we built a dispatch CRM: every order on one board from request to doorstep, drivers assigned and tracked from their phones, customer records and history, texts at pickup and drop-off, and a photo at the door.
- Result
- A public site that turns a visit into a call or a request, and one dashboard where dispatch sees every order, every driver and every customer message at once.
05Print & brochure · Real estateMarketing
A brochure that sells the view
- Problem
- TM Assets was launching Aqua Horizon, a lakefront residential building in Jolshiri, Dhaka, and needed a sales brochure that could take a buyer from first impression to floor plan without a salesperson in the room.
- Action
- We designed the brochure spread by spread: cover and QR contact, the developer's story, the project overview, selling points with a location map, features and wellness amenities, a floor plan for every level, and closing lifestyle spreads.
- Result
- One document the sales team can hand over or send: the story, the location, the specs (2,850 sq ft flats, 5,700 sq ft duplexes, ground plus mezzanine plus eight floors) and every plan, in the developer's own brand.

Three flyers, one tax season
- Problem
- A&S Financials, a CPA-led tax firm in Montreal serving clients across Canada, had a long service list (personal and corporate returns, GST/QST, payroll slips, CRA and Revenu Québec filings) and a busy season coming. They needed print that explained it at a glance and gave new clients a reason to switch.
- Action
- We built a three-piece flyer system in one visual language: a services overview with a why-us page, a 20% offer for first-time filers, and a tiered referral programme (10%, 15% or 20% off for one, two or three-plus referrals). Every offer carries its own terms, deadline and cap in plain words.
- Result
- One campaign kit for the whole season: explain the firm, bring in first-time filers, and turn existing clients into referrers, with the rules printed on the page so nobody has to improvise a discount.
